Finance Department
The Finance Department receives and accounts for all HUD grants and subsidies monies, pays Section 8 landlords, pays vendors, and receives and accounts for all State grants and subsidies monies. It prepares annual budgets, provides regular reports on the BHA’s financial condition, safeguards BHA assets and manages audits.

The Department is also responsible for:
- Tenant rent accounting
- Section 8 portability voucher accounting
- Accounting support for two non-profit organizations that are under BHA management
- All information technology hardware and software
