Asset Managers
BHA Asset Managers oversee our housing developments. They conduct regular inspections to ensure proper building care and upkeep, and coordinate with other BHA personnel to aid smooth operations. For example: They work with Tenant Selection staff to ensure the timely occupation of vacated apartments; notify Maintenance staff of repair needs; and work together with Service Coordinators to help residents obtain a variety of social services.
